Great toy for kids (not babies ) and adults . i purchased a nano after i got the hexbug spider as a gift i have purchased 3 more hexbug bugs(all different species (ant,original, spider, nano) i have one nano to which is great entertainment and fun to watch it interacts acts like a real bug and is fun with cats
i have the black and yellow one i hope to get a glow in the dark one and many more and get a whole hive going as they act and interact (not with sensors) but randomly but it gives the look of a real insect hive.
these have no moving parts outside and drive around via a vibration of the central part of the body. they can flip over if they get turned upside-down and change direction if bumped.it fell from a few feet up and works fine with no damage so well built and quit durable but water is a definite no. it would fry the little bug so keep in dry area
