Great for wheelchair users! . My daughter is in a wheelchair. This product puts the "reachers" in medical catalogs to shame. We purchased a "reacher" in a medical catalog for $30 and it didn't last a week. The galaxy grabber is not only more fun looking for kids it also is fabulous for lifting the tiniest things off the floor, pennies, paper, etc. Also, the clutch mechanism to make the grabber work is much easier for people with disabilities than the trigger pull that is needed to make the medical reachers work. Great fun, efficiency and value!

Broke but fixable . I purchased this for my 4 year old's birthday. He loves it. It's easy for him to use and makes a weird sound when grabbing which he really likes. However, after 2 days one of the "claws" wasn't moving. I disassembled the unit to find it had become unhooked. Thank goodness this was a screw together product and not a snap together one otherwise it would have gone in the garbage. It's not the best quality, but as least they made it so it's easily fixed and hopefully it will last until he outgrows it.

Great for the kids! . I bought this for my grandson because I've been using a grabber-device since having back surgery. He liked mine so well that I had been seaching for something simuliar for him Great find!
Fun and sturdy . These grabbers have been fun for my two boys. They are durable and good quality. They can pick up even a little bead off the floor. It can make clean up time a fun chore!
This claw is crazy! . I purchased the Galaxy Grabber Robot Claw for the purpose of finishing a Halloween costume. All it took was some spray paint and this bad boy was perfectly coordinated with the rest of my spooky attire! (Versatility!) My costume was the talk of the party! The true draw for this item though was it's functionality, as I was able to make all the other Halloween guests feel very uncomfortable. No body parts were safe from the the galaxie's worth of robot grabbing I did using this great item! (Fun!) Needless to say, I made.....and lost....a whole bunch of friends! I reccomend this product to everyone! In fact, everyone should buy six! Now let's see them butt cheeks, cause it's time for some Galaxy Robot Grabbing!
More cheap plastic c*** for the landfill. . More cheap plastic c*** for the landfill. Was given to my son for Christmas. Not creative...for those times when your 5 year old can't bend over to pick up that piece of whatever. I mean, it does what it's advertised to do, but is basically just another gimmicky way for some company to make a buck at the expense of the environment. I wish people would start to think about the long term effects of these kinds of essentially useless toys on the earth. Didn't anyone see Wall-E?
Cons Review
Solid choice when investing in a grabber . How much can you say about a grabber, really? My two year old loves it - he loves playing with it and seeing what he can grab. I like it for the occasional sock stuck behind the dryer. It's stury, durable, and makes a fun ratcheting sound. What more could you ask for in a grabber?!
for the vertically challenged among us... . This toy not only gets my kids to pick up but also is very helpful when I can't reach something 'cuz I'm short. It's loud but I think that is partly why my kids will use it..... :-)
