Finally a SWIMMER! . The best thing about this Elasmosaurus is that she is NOT hollow, so she can go in the tub without getting all moldy inside. My daughter is so excited to finally have an authentic 'swimmer' dinosaur. A bit pricey, but well worth the $$ for HOURS of imaginative play.

Perfect Toy from Prehistoric Times!! . My five year old is facinated with the prehistoric times and loves all dinosaurs and plesiosaurs but his favorite is the elasmosaurus. Who knew it would be so hard to find an elasmosaurus? I was thrilled to find this on amazon and even more thrilled when I recieved it. It is SOOOO well made that I htink my son will be able to enjoy years and years of play without it showing any signs of wear! He was thrilled when he recieved this on Christmas morning.

Quality Stuff . The Carnegie Collection was always my favorite brand of toy dinosaurs. The level of scientific accuracy is exquisite, especially for children's toys, and they are among the most durable dinosaur models I've ever owned. My Elasmosaurus figure in particular is over 12 years old, and aside from some slight fading of the paint, it looks as good as the day I bought it!

Wonderful toy at a great price . The craftsmanship is excellent. The detail is impressive. I bought this toy for my five-year old niece, a dinosaur enthusiast, and she loves it. It wears well as it has been in the tub many times. I wish there were more marine reptiles/prehistoric marine predators, like mosasaurus or an ichthyosaur. Buy it with another marine monster, like kronosaurus or deinosuchus, to add to the fun.
A great aquatic dinosaur for the tub . Aquatic dinosaurs are hard to find (will someone please make the fearsome liopluredon?), so elasmosaurus fills a definite toy need. This dinosaur is usually tossed in the tub and pool by my son, who enjoys playing with it.
My Son loves this toy! . This toy was purchased for my 7 year old nad it is exactly what we wanted for him. It stimulates his creativity and imagination as well as encourages his interest in dinosaurs and the science of archaeology. The toy is solidly made and is very durable. The colors increase the appeal of the toy and it is definitely worth the cost. I bought as many toys as I could find from this company because this item was so well made.
Dino Friends . My son loves this dino. This is a great toy for him. It expands his imagination and creativity.
Great example of a "Nessie" . Very pleased with the "Nessie" as we call it. I don't know if this is the right plesiosaur but my son the junior cryptozoologist loves it regardless. The toy itself has good heft and is well proportioned; even the teeth are painted well. Good color overall. These toys are great because they are durable and put up with more abuse than they deserve and they never complain. Plus,they look really cool sticking out of your pocket. You watch, these toys will multiply all over the house. We really dig them.
Great Dinosaur! Elasmosaurus the swimming Dinosaur! . I loved this toy! It looks totally real and my grandson loved playing with it. He is 3 and knows almost all of the dinosaurs by name. This is one he had asked for especially for bath time. He said he needed a swimming dinosaur and low and behold here was the most realistic one I could find. No silly blue or orange or pink in this toy. Very authentic looking and able to take a licking. Very happy with this purchase.
Wonderful! . Our daughter LOVES everything dinosaurs and prehistoric so this was a perfect birthday gift. She also loves the fact that she can take them in the bathtub and that is where they are "suppose" to be. Our daughter has a very large collection of animals,fairies, dinosaurs from schleich and we love their quality but they didn't have the underwater ones she had wanted so I decided to give these a try and I was not disappointed. They are of equal quality.
