Concept: Wonderful Construction: Weak . The concept is wonderful. Its a chore system that my 5 year old and 6 year old understand without much work on my part. If your child can't quite read yet, the illustrations will help your child understand what they're next chore is. My children got it and ran with it quickly.
The construction is weak. Right out of the package the hooks were falling off. I had to hit those with e6000 glue (hardcore craft clue). The others that were still attached after opening the package were so weak that they fell of within a few days just under the weight of the cards. It comes equipped with a stand.. like on the back of a picture frame. However... where are you going to stand it? I do not have room on my kitchen counter to stand these. So I had to go out and find something to hang it with. The cardboard is just thick enough that you can't use thumb tacks. Its also just heavy enough that the command frame adhesive strips i bought didn't hold up. I had to purchase permanent adhesive strips to hang this with.
To sum it all up. I like the products purpose but not it's design. The amount you pay for these, you would expect better construction. If you purchase this be ready to put alot of work and effort into it in the beginning. You've got to mount it, design and hang a reward chart, and figure out how you're going to store your tokens. I bought 3 glass sugar containers from Dollar General for $1 each. One has my name, my sons name, and my daughters name. Mine is full with all the tokens and theirs holds the tokens they've earned.

Great Concept But....... . We ordered three of these, they fell apart within the first two weeks and it was not my children moving the tabs. Great concept, love the reward ideas but the little card holder smushes easy and the pegs came off of mine. Amazon did give me a full refund though! I ended up making a similar chart using a dry erase magnet board and some stick on pegs. They are holding up much better for me and with 5 doing chores it takes up less room than five of these boards would. Although we just ordered them for the younger three.
Mediocre Quality . Two pieces (the hooks) had come unglued before arriving and the holes on the chore cards are too small to easily slide on and off the hooks. Other that, the product does what it's intended to do, and the color pictures are nice.
Great tool! . This is WONDERFUL! My daughter wouldn't do anything on her own. I was constantly reminding her to do her chores. This tool actually helps her do them on her own. She even reminded me that I forgot to include one of her chores one day. She loves earning the tokens and since we placed this in the kitchen by the door, every time she walks through the kitchen she looks through it. The only complaint I have is that the hooks and the card holder do not stick firmly to the board. I used hardening clay to securely sick the pieces on. There is no way they are going anywhere. Note DON'T use Elmer's glue it won't stick to the glossy surface.
I did my chores chart (bear) . The chart won't hold together. All the things like the little "done" holder kept falling off the chart with or without anything in it. The chart it's self wouldn't stay "stuck" to the door with the sticky tape provided and even though it does have a stand, I don't have anywhere to put it. The merchant was NOT very helpful when I said the chart basically wouldn't stick together right, and I felt I got the brush off just because of the "educational" value of the product, and not the "quality" of product. I was not offered my money back even though thats what I requested. I will never again purchase any other product from asmarttoy.
Cons Review
Chore chart the best thing for my kids...They love it! . This is the best thing I did for my kids. They would not pick up their room or do much before. Now they do everything by them selfes for tokens. They even ask to do more. They love to do choices now. We cash in the tokens on their choice of fun activity that they would love to do. As the quality of the product. Mine was great. I have two, once for each child. Mine has held up great. I got 2 heavy duty magnetic clips, and put two on each one and stuck it on our freezer. This has worked great.
