Great! . These are worth the price because of their quality. We recently purchased a magnetic board that hangs on the wall for my children, the other letters and numbers that we had didn't stick because they had such a small amount of magnet. These letters/numbers/shapes have a magnet covering the full surface of each. They stick to the board that is hanging on the wall, we play with them almost every day! These are more expensive than ones found in dollar stores/dollar sections of stores, but their quality is well worth the price. I printed off templates to build shapes and patterns with these and then laminated the sheets for extra entertainment and educational value. We love them!

Great fun and bargain! . High density, smooth foam. Bright colors. Crisp die cut edges. Solid magnets. Fun toy on the refrigerator door. When you're done, it all goes back in the jar with a little shaking. Amazing how much the kids like these.

My kids love these magnet pattern blocks . I bought this along with a white board/ magnetic board for my elementary aged children. It has gotten A TON of use! When they're bored and not sure what to do - we get this out and start making shapes. I love the creativity that comes with this and how my 5 yr old really is able to create something fun. She has made "castles" "homes" "trees" to name a few. She's also done "patterns" with them just like she has learned at school.What I love most about this -- they have no idea that it's a learning toy. Ha!This is a great rainy day "I'm Bored" kind of toys. Highly recommend to have it around the house.I'd give it 5 stars but the jar is so tight that sometimes it's a problem getting them all back in there. Next time make the jar a bit bigger so that storing them is not so difficult.

Great office toy . Bought these for a dental office. They keep the kids busy and their minds active while they're waiting for their procedures. The parents and other adults are entertained, too, with the kids' imaginations.
goes well with the patterns . I bought the patterns and tbe board and the maganet shapes for my boys for church. I hope that it will keep them bussey and quite for a little while. All together the items requier a little glue for the ones that had fallen apart but with the patterns and the bord they stemulate thinking and eye and hand cornation.
open-ended fun . My grand daughter loves these, she is always coming up with new pictures to make. What a great way to expand your imagination. She almost 6 but does not seem to lose interest as she is gets older. I bought an inexpensive magnetic white board for her to create her pictures on. The only thing I did not care for was the one shape was colored a tan color...but I fixed that by taking some acrylic craft paint and painting them a pretty shade of pink.
Missing some basics........... . Probably better for old kids, I was frustrated that this set missed some basics. e.g. there is no circle or oval..... all shapes have straight sides. Also things like the triangles cannot be put together to make a square or rectangle etc. Nice for making complicated shapes and pretty patterns but missing some basics that would be nice for the younger ones.
bad smell . I bought these for my boys thinking they would be a great educational toy. They sure loved them. But I couldn't stand the smell. Plastic plastic plastic. Oh do they smell toxic and it started giving me a headache and the smell lingered on my hands. We will be looking for another block set that isn't so yucky!
