Throw your flash cards away! . As a teacher and a home schooling mom, I go out of my way to find new and unique ways to teach my students and my daughters. Recently one of my students got talking about math and multiplication. At age 8 he amazed me with his knowledge of multiplication facts and such. Upon talking to his father I learned that my student had been playing with a game called Digitz.
I asked to see the game, and was amazed. The inventor of this game has come up with a unique way to study and review multiplication facts through a variety of games. Even my 6 year old was able to set the game for the 0, 1, and 5 times tables and was soon learning how to solve the problems. She had never done multiplication before in her life.
In my years I have taught multiplication through class games such as Jeopardy and bingo. I have also used flash cards and such, but nothing compares to Digitz. On top of this, it is portable so that the child can take it in the car, and there is a volume control dial in case you are somewhere that it can not be turned up. I highly recommend this game.

A fun and Challenging Game! . Digitz is an awesome game. It's not only unique, it's stimulating; lots of fun; competitive; and it's unbelievable how well children are able to learn or refresh their knowledge of multiplication. I watched a 12-year-old girl play Digitz with her 8-year-old brother. They only played the game utilizing the two tables and eight tables to start. The 8-year-old had never been exposed to the eight tables before. After less than half an hour, the 8-year-old was beating his 12-year-old sister in both the two and eight tables. He was also able to recite his entire eight tables after playing for only that half hour.

I know multiplication can be difficult for kids and this game has to be the most fun and effective learning tool I've ever seen. very educational . Its a very fun and good learning expierience.One of my daughter's favorite games are,looking at the screen and finding the 2 digits of the number on the screen. Another game is counting by 2,3,4,5,...9.There are 7 more games I just gave examples of 2.
Perfect to learn multiplication quickly! . My 8 year old daughter was having a very hard time learning her multiplication tables. I bought this for her. She starting with skip counting, mastered that and then went on to the multiplication. Now she gets A's on all her math tests for multiplication. Great Product!
It could have been great . The toy worked for about 20 minutes and then the LCD screen stopped working. It was fun while it lasted.
