Way fun little car! . This is from my 6 year old son:
"Car is really cool but the rubber around the wheels comes off easily and stops it from working. That's not a big problem because if it comes off it's easy to put back on. I really like the car. Also it needs the sun to run. A flashlight isn't bright enough to make it go."

Size of a Dime! . Well , when I just got it , I laughed , it's too small "size of a dime or so" , the only con is that it requires real direct SUN light to work, any other light won't do , the torque isn't suffecient to drive it over the smallest slope , but it's a nice educational TINY toy , that illustrates green energy concept.

Fun novelty . We ordered two of these, and one seems to move a little more smoothly than the other, not sure why. You need a VERY strong flashlight to get these moving. But if you have a flashlight with a very strong bulb they move well on flat surfaces. The rubber on the tires can get wonky but so far we've been able to pop it back on easily. They are teeny tiny, smaller than a postage stamp. They are a fun little novelty.

It works only with naturl lightsource . It does not work under artificial lightsources. To make its wheels move in this condition the solar panel must be non longer than 1iinch from the source. However, under bright sunshine, it works as expected. Take it into consideration before you buy it.

Solar Car . Great car but relatively fragile. The solar panels can crack if not properly handled. Otherwise, extremely great car, in both educational value and price. Was also fun to see it work.
Didn't work! . We placed our car in the sun for quite some time with no results. Quite a disappointment for the kids.
great novelty toy . Contrary to another review... My led flashlight makes this toy go fine. Yes it will be toast if you sit on it or step on it but its inexpensive. Great way to teach kids about the power of the sun. Now if I could only string a couple thousand of these to the top of my car....
Cons Review
Wire's broke . The wires are not he best quality. My son only had it in his possession for about 5 minutes and it was over. The idea sounds better than what it is.
Wicked fast and tiny . I got this car for my husband for Christmas. It shot across the driveway so fast. He got a kick out of stopping it by making a shadow over it. Really tickled him (and me). Love it!
