The Digi-Piggy is a piggy bank like no other; this piggy is able to count your savings for you. The Digi-Piggy comes with an innovative electronic LCD readout on its snout that allows you to track your savings while being both and easy and fun at the same time. Cute and Fun to Use . The Pink Piggybank is a cute gift for a child. For the price, it offers what would be expected -- a piggybank, a digital counter. The only issue, which doesn't really distract from the piggybank, since it was very reasonably priced, is that when you remove a portion of the change from the piggybank, you cannot change the digital counter to reflect the amount removed. Basically, you would have to remove all remaining change and reenter it into the piggybank to find out how much is left.

Great Little Piggy Bank . This is a fun and functional piggy bank! When we received it we immediately emptied the old piggy bank and started inserting coins into the Digi-Piggy. It was fun to put the coins in, both my 7 year old and 2 year old enjoyed pushing them into the bank. My daughter was very excited to learn that she had almost ten dollars, I could practically see dollar signs in her eyes! I will definitely not miss having to dump all the change out and counting it every time my daughter wants to spend her money. The LCD readout is very clear and you can watch as it counts each new coin. Just make sure that you firmly push the coins in, we found a few times when a penny would pop back up the bank would read it as a dime, we simply set aside a dime and when finished unscrewed the top and dropped the dime in. I am sure my daughters will get the hang of inserting the coins in no time. This is a great way to help your child learn to save money and have fun at the same time. It seems very durable too. I would definitely recommend this product.

Surprised at how great this bank is! . When my wife said she had gotten a piggy bank for our kids I didn't think I would care. Boy was I wrong! Our kids love this pig and it has really excited them about saving money. They love to put coins in and watch the pig count them. I love the pig because it is very strong and durable. There is no "breaking the bank" on this one. I also love how none of the details on the pig are stickers so my kids can't make this pig eyeless.
If you are wanting to teach your kids the value of saving money, I highly advise getting this piggy bank. It is very durable and high quality and it is also a great price!

Pretty cute but watch out for "bad coins." . A cute way to collect your loose change, but it seems to count coins that are in pretty good shape only. I tested it with a bent penny and it counted it as a dime. Not a biggie, but something to watch out for.
Great Bank . This is a very durable bank. The coins are hard to get into the piggy bank. I understand they have to be so it can count correctly, however if you don't push it hard enough for it to go all the way in it counts the coin twice. My daughter loves her bank and can't wait to put money in it.

OK . This bank works well. I had no problem with it counting properly. My girls enjoy emptying the coins and recounting them so it has some educational value. I wasn't crazy about the overall quality of the item. Not quite sure how much force was applied but my daughter broke the battery cover within the first couple of days. As an adult, I find it a bit tricky to properly screw the top and bottom pieces back together. Overall it's ok but not the best choice for us!
Worthless . What a waste of money. My daughter (5) was previously using a shoebox to hold her money and I thought this would be a great step up, thinking it would help reinforce counting skills. Wrong. It never worked even on day 1. Even when I put the money in carefully, so it wasn't an issue of a 5-yr-old not putting coins in properly. She insists she has more money than she does 'cause her piggy bank says she does (and I'm talking huge dollar amounts off).
Love Our Piggy! . Our kids absolutely love our Digi-Piggy. They love the clear bottom that allows them to see how much money they are saving. The snout read-out is great because it tells them how much the coin is they just dropped in and then switches to the total amount of savings in the bank. The battery case and reset button are on the inside out of reach of little hands. One of the best features is Digi-Piggy has an internal memory that remembers the latest total if the batteries go dead. Our kids now constantly search the house for loose change to save in Digi-Piggy.
are you kidding me? . Four out of ten reviewers for this product reviewed ONLY the digi piggy and nothing else, and posted the exact same review to both colors of this. Suspicious?Bought several for gifts at a brick and mortar shop but now I'm going to return them just because I hate companies doing stuff like this.
