First time kit did not work. They sent us a free replacement though! . Everything in the kit is pre-measured, so it should be almost impossible to screw this up. But we did. We followed the directions to the letter and waited for our bath bombs to be ready (overnight). We even watched the on-line how-to video. Next day, the bath bombs disintegrated into dry power when we tried to get them out of the mold. They just never had enough moisture to hold together or harden together. Either the pre-measured amounts were done incorrectly at the factory, or...? That said, when I emailed the company about it, they sent out a rush replacement the next day, and made enquiries to check the batch number and make sure no other defective packs were out there. Excellent customer service!!! I would buy again, because my five year old really enjoyed making these. A nice touch--you can keep the silicon mold, which is now part of her play kitchen toys.
