Great telescope! . This is a great toy. Clear image, easy to use and it magnifies things perfectly. Before I bought this telescope I bought another one that didn't work very well and my child had to be very, very far away from objects in order to see them clearly. With this telescope, on the other hand, my child can magnify things that are relatively close to him such as a car down the street or a bird on a tree.

Best handheld telescope for a child . I looked at several handheld telescopes before buying this one. This one actually magnifies distant things. The focus really does work so you can see things clearly. Only complaint is the rubber piece that goes around your eye is not permanently attached so it could be a choking hazard for young children. Still I was impressed by the quality of the lens and image for under $10. Definitely recommend for children that want to play pirate or just look at stars/far away things.

Awesome for the little Pirate in your life! . Perfect size for a 3 year old boy. It actually works which is an added bonus!! We ordered it hoping it would fit in his pirate chest (Melissa and Doug) and it fits PERFECTLY, like they were made for each other! We have had so much fun already! Highly recommend for the little Pirate in your life!
It really works!!! . For a toy, this little pirate telescope is great. I purchased two of these and they both work well and appear to have sturdy construction. Both of my girls will love finding them in their stockings Christmas morning!
Surprisingly quality telescope for kids... . Great combo of price and quality for a budding pirate. Order with confidence, you certainly get your money's worth on this. You can pay less for others but this falls right in the sweet spot!
