Pretty good . So, I have one of those 7 year old boys who gets very bored, very easily. We took it outside and my child went looking for bugs for 45 minutes. We have a small lake in our neighborhood with a walking trail around it where he was able to find some worms at the shoreline and use the kit to examine them. My only complaint is the "big" bug house was really hard to put together and very low quality. I would have given this a five star review if the books enclosed and the big bug house were made slightly better.The pros the information presented seems to be good in the books provided. It made it easy to identify findings in our local area. It kept my child entertained for an extended period of time. We didn't need to add addition items to the kit to use it.The cons poorly quality of the big bug house and the books enclosed could have been made to be actual books instead of some loose sheets of paper stapled together.I would still buy this product again knowing what I know now.

Junior entomologist loves this toy . My 6yo is loving this toy. It gives her the tools she needs to do the "grown-up" entomology activities she wants to do.

Cons Review

Poor Quality and Over Priced . I bought this for my grand daugher for Christmas. The product arrived with a broken leg. The "telescope" was not clear and the magnification was minimal at best.

I was able to return it and do give the vendor 5 stars for following up quickly.

Amazon's price was 3 times that of ToysrUs which is selling it for $19.99.

Great Toy! . Its a great toy but not good to magnify if you want something more efficent purchase a higher one. My little sister(6 years old) is who i bought this for. She loves it. Its her favorite color and she still got a telescope like she wanted. it depends how in depth you want the telescope for. The use I needed it for it definitley covered!

Excellent . This is an awesome toy my kids just love it and so do i an my husband. it is realy fun to look at almost anything blood, saliva,bugs,fingernail, spider webs,etc.

Doesn't work at all . I am afraid that the microscope does not work at all no matter how you twist and turn it, it is turely a childs toy and shouldn't actually be purchased for any actual experiment. I only wish I had opened up my kit sooner so I could have returned it.

Awsome Toy . This toy is a good toy if you plan on becoming a scientist!

Great 1st microscope . This microscope is not a "toy". It has quality and works well with adjustments. It DOES need to be handled with care. The case is very durable and comes with real tools that are sharp. There are many microscope accessories including 12 glass slides, petri dish, tools, and more. The light is kind of weak, but does the job. We are also able to project the image on the wall.

Cons Review

pretty nice . this microscope is pretty nice. I can look at many specimens and the dyes used are also there. I can't figure out how to use the projector though. I'd appreciate directions. Thanks.
