Astounding! . Just the right size and amazing to watch. A perfect desk decoration for any setting. Even if you're not a "globe," person, this is such a unique grown-up toy. Be prepared for it to be handled, It's impossible to resist a hands-on inspection. I have the satellite version and it really does look like a miniature Earth gently rotating.

Not that impressed . Wasn't too impressed with this purchase. Though it is a very attractive piece, its small size and translucency doesn't too much for the onlooker. In other words, it is not something you would be mesmerized with nor provide a thought provoking distraction when working hard in your office; which is what I was looking for. It's "OK".

Great Combination of aesthetics and technology . I first saw one of these in a gift shop in Laguna Beach, CA. Was immediately captivated and bought one. I liked it so much I bought another one on Amazon for a friend. It's a great combination of creative technology and nice aesthetics. No batteries--all you need is a little light and some of the earth's magnetic field. The thing looks almost magical as it rotates.

Mova Globe - Way Cool! . I saw one at my friends office and had to have one...now that I got mine everyone wants mine. Very cool, works perfectly, excellent conversation item.
Works beautifully after almost two years . This magical object has been sitting on my desk since I got it as a gift, almost two years ago. It is elegant and calming to look at. Also, I haven't quite figured out how it works, which adds to its appeal.

Very Nice! Quality item... . Very nice piece! Love almost everything about it. The only reason I am not giving it five stars is that it doesnt turn very fast at all under the light we have. If you shine a flashlight on it, you can see it turning, but with the natural light in the room during the day, and the lights on in the room at night, it doesnt move at all, or at least so slow, that its less than one revolution per day. Havent timed it yet. But this is not a deal-breaker for me - I can try to get a mini-light to shine near it one day.

Cons Review
Poor Quality . My globe didn't last 6 month. It developed an air bubble and stopped spinning. I don't recommend this product.
Disappointed . The globe worked great for a while, then it stopped spinning, Noticed a small air bubble had formed at the top, which means it must haved developed a small leak. The company did offer to replace the globe at a discounted price, but refused to swap for a new one...My advise keep your money, and if you own one good luck
