Overpriced and Poor Contruction . Mom purchased this for my nephew --- lasted only 3 hours-as crank broke!!! Overpriced and Poorly Constructed. Was very dispointed as this was the third item in the series. Save your money do not purchase!!!!!
Very Versatile! . Excellent color manual which not only describes in adequate detail how to build each vehicle but also thoroughly discusses the scientific theory behind each vehicle. Large, sturdy parts. This is a very impressive toy.
Good toy for little builder . If your son can follow some of the more advanced lego directions he should be able follow the instructions in this. He may have a little trouble pulling pieces apart when he needs to, but that's why they give you a tool for it.
You may have to help him align the motor, axles, chain and gears from time to time, but I am really happy with watching him build on his own.
