Fun toy for a wide range of ages (6-12) . I got it for my 4 nephews. They range in age from 6 to 12. All of them loved playing with this and I recommend the toy (and similar HexBug kits). This product is much more fun if you buy extra bugs and combine it with other Hexbug sets.

grandson . My grandson enjoys this product very much. He likes watching the little hexbugs run around and try to get through the course. It is not extremely durable and is good for an older child that is careful of toys. It would not be good for a young child.

Cool high tech toy set . I purchased this gift as a xmas present for my 12 year old son. He likes the nano bugs and wanted this model/type of set. It seems durable and is very easy to set up. May want to purchase additional nano bugs in addition to this bundle as it only came with one remote control bug...the other one it came with is not a remote-controlled bug...it just kind of vibrates around the set.
